When there with my family however we are fulled since we took dinner.
We orderred waffle, chco drinks, coconut coffee, mango bingsu
Nice but only took a few photo
For muslim, it is non halal cafe
Went on Saturday 10pm and the restaurant was about 80% filled. Once we finished the food, plates were immediately cleared saying that there's a reservation next and we realised there's crowd queue outside the shop.
Desserts are extremely sweet. Strongly encouraged to share.
Price wise quite expensive, paid a total of ~$40 for 2 bingsu and 2 bun.
Bingsu - sweet
Toasted bun - chocolate flavored is nice. Bun texture good
Mango bingsu n coffee frappe with whipping cookies n cream is good but sawasdee coffee is so so, not worth the price... quite noisy when full hse but is a nice place to have dessert n drinks with friends.
I do agree with a lot of people this place is very pretty and instagrammable. Very flowery and nice lights and neon words fill the shop. It's not very big and quite cosy.
The 2 main items they have are the toasts and the bingsu, which I ordered one of each to try.
The toast was very good and I liked it a lot. Soft, warm and crispy and sweet with the honey. Ordered the Thai milk tea one and enjoyed it a lot. For the bingsu, I ordered the mango one (because seems like both the Thai milk tea toast and mango bingsu seems to be featured on a single page itself I thought they might be the signatures). Was very sweet and a lot of mango syrup was added. Mango a bit over riped turning on the darker shade. Was too sweet but still decided to add some of the condensed milk to neutralise the mango syrup to a more milky taste.
Not a bad place will consider to visit again if I happen to have meal around the area.
There’s quite a good variety of dessert choices and the presentation in very pretty. The ambience is nice and quiet, a good place to chill. Taste wise is good also especially for their milk tea flavoured series
I'm not a sweet tooth person, but the dessert here are v nice. Except for the toast which is v sweet the waffles is v crunchy n goes v well with the ice-cream. The bingsu is also not as sweet as I thought it would. Overall nice dessert that won't let you feel sinful after eating.
I must explain why it is a 1 star. The food was good and did meet expectations. Cafe deco was beautiful! However 5 mins into eating a creepy small bug crawled out of the toast...I had to call in the waitress to look at it and ask her to remove it with a serviette. She came back with a serviette and expect me to remove it. I had been gracious enough not to call for an exchange of the food and only asked for the bug to be removed. The service was disappointing.
Small little cafe on second floor serving Thai desserts till midnight. The toast is really nice. They also have bingsu with various flavours. Service is good and waitresses courteous. Generally packed and usually has a 15-20min wait. A better option is to go to the Thai restaurant on level 1 and get the desserts ordered from Wan Wan downstairs.
